Welcome to the Magnetically You podcast. My name is Madison Surdyke. I'm a master mindset coach and food freedom expert, you're in the right place. Well, hi, Emily. And hi everyone listening to the recording. I'm Madison, like Sarah was saying, I am a mindset energy coach. And basically what I do is help women create the life that they truly actually want to be living, not the life they think they're supposed to be living or the life someone else told them to be living the life that they actually want to be living using the power of their mind, energy and intuition, basically, using everything within them. Because I truly believe like, we all have all the answers all the guidance, all the things we want to create, like it all comes from within. And then our external reality becomes a reflection of that. So it's just about shifting what's going on in the inside to then shift what goes on on the outside, if that makes sense. So I'm going to try to give you guys the sparknotes version of my story. So you have a little bit of like context of where I'm coming from. So I struggled with disordered eating, I had an eating disorder in high school, kind of physically recovered throughout college. And then after college going into the real world, I fell back into those like disordered eating patterns. I think I had just buried it all in college and I was like, Oh, I'm like, physically recovered enough like I'm fine. And then going into the real world. I wasn't like drinking and studying and hanging out with friends All the time. So it's like all of it started bubbling back up to the surface. I was thinking and worrying about food all the time. And I was like I'm literally about to go crazy. I actually think I have gone crazy like this is like so it was just so exhausting. so overwhelming. I had chronic back pain, I had anxiety 24 seven, I was sleeping two hours a night I had eczema I had all these like hormonal issues I literally felt just terrible and anxious all the time. And around that time I came upon the book intuitive eating I don't know if any of you guys have read it so so great. I highly recommend if you haven't read it and it presented this idea that you can eat in a way that feels good for you and listen to your body and trust your body and be healthy and happy and all the things you want to be and I say oh I can be free with food like why didn't No one told me this and I knew in my soul like it was the answer for me I'm like this is me just like you guys probably fell joining Sara's program like something about it spoke to us something about it felt like this is this is a solution for me. That's how I felt when I found intuitive eating so long story short went on this intuitive eating journey healed my relationship with food. And I realized I was like I need every woman in the world to know about this because it is so life changing. So I became a health coach started teaching, intuitive eating created a course around that. And it was amazing. And what started shifting for me was that I realized once I healed my relationship with food, I started opening me up for healing and growth in all other areas of my life. Like the healing within that I created with food was then impacting and affecting my relationships, my ability to create money, I started my business, I started making more money, I started having more fun, I was sleeping, my anxiety went away for the most part, my back pain went away and my health problems went away and I was like, holy shit. This is like this. power within isn't just something we can use to heal our relationship with good this is something we can use to literally create anything we want in our lives. So that's kind of when I pivoted into the mindset energy coaching and went really my healing my relation with Buddha was like my gateway into manifestation spirituality personal development, I just felt so in love with it and I'm like so in love with like personal growth and development helping other women like achieve the things that they want that were impossible and just like feel their freaking does live their best life and yeah, create All the things they want to create that maybe at one point they thought they couldn't create. So there is my story a little bit about me, if you guys want to share in the chat, if you want to like, share a little bit about your story I'd love to hear about you guys do and obviously the ends we can like open up for like questions and that kind of thing. So I wanted to start by just like breaking down, like what is manifestation because I know there was like, we're here to talk about manifestation, my definition of it is, it's basically bringing something we desire into our physical reality, using the power of our mind, energy and intuition. So creating something physical in your reality, using the power of within. And it doesn't necessarily have to be creating something in your physical environment, it could be creating a feeling for yourself, right? Like you can manifest a feeling for yourself, you can manifest experiences for yourself. It's not just about like, creating material things. If it was I would be long done with this process. So I wanted to talk to you guys about kind of like five, we'll say principles to really calling in and magnetizing the things that you want to so my rant is called magnetically you. And basically, the reason I chose that brand name is that when you're following your soul's desires, when you're being you when you're shedding the things about who you think you have to be and what you think you have to do, and you're actually following what feels good and feels fun and feels exciting and interesting to you. You literally become magnetic to the things you want, because that's just how the universe and manifestation works. So the first principle I wanted to go into is using your desires as a compass. So oftentimes, we do what we think we should do, like I'm supposed to go to college and get a good degree and get a good job. And then I get

a husband and I have kids, and then I have a house or a house, then kids whatever. And we think we have to follow this plan and we don't stop. We're just doing what we think we're supposed to do. But we don't really question like, wait, what do I actually want? What is it that I truly want, so that this is why I bring this up, because this is really the starting place of any manifestation is just having the desire for it, allowing yourself to want what you freaking want, because you got to want what you want, and you get to have it and you can trust your desires. Like a mantra I've been telling myself recently, it's like my desires are always right. When I was sitting in my corporate job, five years ago as an actuary, absolutely miserable, I hated that job. And with the struggles with food and everything else going on, I I truly was miserable. And I, the first month of my job, I knew it wasn't for me, I knew it wasn't my soul's desire to have this corporate job. And I wrote in a journal, my first month of work, and I found it recently, five years ago, it said,

sitting in this cube freaks me out. I hope I don't have to do this forever. I hope I have the courage to start a business Monday, something along those lines. That was the desire, the desire was planted five years ago, did I have any idea how when, what it was going to happen, what I was going to do, I'd never even heard of intuitive eating, I didn't know I was going to become an intuitive eating coach. Yes, the desire, the desire to have a business was there. And then it came to fruition. So I want you to like think back on your life when were the times where you had a desire. And then it actually did work out for you. And allow that to mean that my desires are always right, I get to have what I want, I get to trust my desires, I get to follow what it is that I want. And Sarah and I were talking about this a little bit before we hit record is like true desires versus and we'll all call like ego desires the part of us that wants us to be safe the part of us that wants us to be accepted love, we don't want to be rejected, we want to avoid failure. So, you know, true desire is like actually coming from like your soul, right? ego desires are more so things that like come from you see other people they have a house that maybe I just have a house or they lost the baby weight so I need to lose the baby later the commercial told me that Weight Watchers is the thing I'm supposed to be doing. And I have to count and do all these things in order to be healthy. And so we think that's what we desire, right? Like there's those are kind of more like ego desires. We think, Oh well, I'm supposed to desire losing weight because losing weight then I'll feel confident then I'll feel happy then I'll feel accepted then I'll feel loved then I'll get to do all these things. And it's not our souls true desire, right? Like, when you ask yourself like what is what would like for this is just an example. What would you do if losing weight is something that you desire and struggle with like thinking and worrying about like, what do you believe losing weight will give you oftentimes it's confidence, happiness, freedom. of acceptance, all these things. So why don't we just focus directly on those things? Those are the true desires. So when you're wondering, Is this a true desire or not, you can ask yourself, like, what do I believe this will give me and keep going down that little rabbit hole and see where that leads you. And we're always in our lives gonna have a gap between where we are and where we want to be. It's just about shifting the way we think and feel about the gap. Because the thoughts and the feelings that we think we're gonna have, when we get there are available to us now. And if we're spending our whole life waiting to get there, we're going to be in a perpetual state of not there yet. And that's basically what life is anyways, life is always we have another desire, we have another goal, we're not there yet, right? So we may as well enjoy the not there yet. We may as well make the best of it. And how I like to think of this is like, I've coined this desire for play. So a lot of times we think about where we are and where we want to be the life, we want to create the goals. We want to achieve the relationship with food in our bodies that we want to have when we're like, why am I not there yet? Why can I do it? Yeah, what's wrong with me that it added up all these disempowering thoughts and feelings? And it's like, what if we could allow ourselves to get excited about our desires, like we like if you're, if you have a reservation at your favorite restaurant tonight, and you know, you're going to order your favorite meal, and you're like, Oh, I can't wait to get my favorite meal. Or even with sex if you know you're gonna have like sex later, you start like thinking about you're like, Ooh, this is getting me excited. This is gonna be juicy. I'm like excited for this. And it's just like, I don't know excited Tori. So we're like excited anticipation of what's to come. So instead of letting that gap feel frustrating and disappointing as a can you get excited about it? Can you get excited about the journey about who you get to become in the process of creating the manifestation of creating the goal? Okay, so before I, I'm feel like I'm talking really fast. Let me know how this is landing for you guys. Do I need to slow down? Are we doing good?

I'm like writing like a madwoman. There's so much way like I love I love what you just said about the desire for play thing, because that is like my, I am a forward thinker, like, I've always been someone who like I don't really care about whatever happened in the past. I'm like, Okay, I'm up here. I'm a visionary. And so I like see these things for my life. And I'm like, I'm just like, I just want it to be here already. And I forget, you know, I do experience a lot of joy and pleasure in in the present moment. I just like, I saw it. And so I want it, and I know it's coming. And I'm like, Okay, well, how do I get there? I want to know all the answers. And so this is, I love what you said about that. I think it's so helpful.

Yes, it's just like refocusing, refocus back to our desires, because you're like, I don't want to be stuck forever. I don't want to that. I don't want that. And it's like, well, what, what do I want? Well, I want this, and I want this, and I'm so excited for this. And I'm still looking forward to this. It's like when we can get in that energy. It's just so, so much more powerful. So that's part one. And then the principle number two, and I would say like, these are like step one, step two, but I'm not gonna call them steps because that's not the way manifestation works. It's not like you just like follow all these logical steps. And then it like, it. Life's not a math math equation, manifestation is not a math equation, we try to turn it into these like steps. And until like, if I did this, and I didn't get this, it's like, we just get like, so caught up in it. So in our head, so like, see if you can almost like let the information like, pass through your mind and like, go into your body, like, let yourself feel this and experience this in your soul. And don't try to like, wrap your mind all around. If that makes sense. Okay, so Principle number two, step two, whatever you wanna call it, is believing that you can have it. So, right. Like we, once we get to the phase of allowing ourselves, okay, I'm allowed to want what I want and then say, Okay, I want this, I want this. I'm excited about this. They can't wait for that. And say, but how, and when and I can't have that because I don't have enough money. I can die because I don't have enough time or it's gonna be too hard or it takes too long. Or, you know, I don't need that maybe I don't need that. Right. We have all these like stories in our head that convinced us that we can't have what we want. So the second part is really believing that you can have it so I want to share something on the screen really quick. Oh, can you enable sharing screen sharing for me, Sarah?

Okay, cool.

Okay, hopefully you can see it. Oh, that's not the right slide. Okay. Um, this is from a training I did a while ago, don't worry about like, what? The slides and energy makeover. Okay, so this is basically how our internal reality creates our external reality. So our identity, who we believe we are, I am a coach, I am successful. Even, you know, disempowering things like, I am fat, I am unhealthy, or, you know, it can, whatever your I am czar, that's your identity, who you believe you are, then informs what you believe about yourself about the world. And your beliefs are just like the thoughts that you think over and over and over. And then your belief kind of leads to what you're thinking about, in your thoughts, then create your feelings, the thoughts and feelings kind of is like a little to be really like a circle, because a lot of times our feelings influence our thoughts and our thoughts influence our feelings. And it's like this like cycle we get into. So our identity is creating our beliefs, our beliefs are creating our thoughts, how we feel about things, how we feel about things is creating how we show up our actions that we're taking. And then that's literally creating our results. So this is kind of the way that we can wrap our brains around how this process works, because it can sound weird on the outside, like your internal reality creates your external reality. It's like, but like, what does that even mean? This is what it means. And so what most people do is they try to, you know, obsess over changing their actions and their results. And I just need to change this thing in my environment, I just need to like lose 10 pounds, they just need to, like, eat only two meals a day and fast from time to time and all these things. And we think that's then going to change how we think and how we feel and what we believe and who we believe we are. It doesn't work that way. That's backwards, we need to first shift our beliefs about who we are our beliefs about the world, our beliefs about how things get to work for us, really, our reality is just a reflection of like the rules and beliefs that like we've agreed to and set for ourselves. And so I, what happens with all of us, we all do this. And I still do this. Sometimes as we see our results, we see our circumstances, we see our life and we think, okay, I say if you have a like for someone who has a business, because I love talking about business, so bear with me, if you don't have a business, this example will still make sense. So say you have a business and the results you're creating is you're not getting any clients and you're not creating any money and you're like, then you let that make it mean something about your identity. I'm not a good coach, you have the belief. Nobody wants to work with me, you start having the thoughts like I'm actually I think I actually put this example in the next slide. Yeah. So while I've been There's our results and form our identity, we let them in form our identity. So then we just get stuck in this loop. So for this example, let me see if I can zoom in a little bit because I know it's kind of small. Let's do this. Can you guys still see it? Yeah, okay, cool. So you have the identity, I'm not good enough. The belief that would be associated with that identity is I have to convince people I'm good enough for them to pay me having a business is really hard. Most businesses fail if I fail, it means they can't do this selling is icky and icky and salesy and then the thoughts you would have from that belief system from I'm not good enough as I need to get this right. I need to get clients money. What if this doesn't work? What am I What am I fail? What if I'm not qualified enough? Who am I to be doing this? Nobody's gonna listen anyways, nobody wants what I have to offer. And then how do you feel when you are thinking all those thoughts and having all these beliefs coming from the identity of I'm not good enough? Well, you feel a lot of fear, doubt scarcity. And then from that place, you probably don't show up at all, because you're like, it's not going to work anyways, why fucking bother? Excuse my language, I hope that's welcome here. And or you show up in this like overcompensating like clinging like I need to work 100 hours a day, energy to make up for me not being good enough, right? And then the result is that you end up with no clients and money. And then here's what most people do is they see Oh, no clients and money, that means I'm not good enough. And then the cycle continues. And we just keep recreating the same reality over and over and over. So I want to show you another example

of a different identity. So this is what we're going to be talking more about today is shifting into the identity of the version of you who's already created the results in the life that you want to create. So say you want to have a thriving this coaching business. You have all these clients all this money. So you create the identity for yourself, I am a coach, you adopt the beliefs, clients get excited to pay me because I help them change their life, my success is inevitable. If I persist, I will succeed. There's no such thing as failure, just lessons. And selling is just sharing how I can help someone. And then you start having thoughts, intentional thoughts, like clients come to me, there's 100 women waiting to work with me right now. And I'm going to change their life. When they work with me, I have everything I need. I'm an amazing coach. And people want what I have to offer. And then you feel confident and excited and inspired, right? You're like, oh, clients come to me, I have everything I need. Help me, gosh, I'm feeling so good, right. And then from this place to actions are, you're probably going to be taking our inspired actions, you're showing up competently, you're making offers, you're putting yourself out there, you're doing the courageous things. And then the result is that you get to attract the clients and the money. And so what we're really going to be talking about today is not allowing our current and past results to dictate who we believe we are and what we believe we get to create, we're going to say, okay, that's the past. And that's the current reality. But what do I desire? What am I creating, and let that be your point of creation, right? So it's just becoming that version of you who's already created that. So then you become like the leader of your life, rather than the reactor to your circumstances, because then we just react to our past and our current reality. And we're, we think, Oh, this happened, I got no clients, I have no money. So that means I'm a bad coach. And then I feel bad. And then I don't show up, and then they self sabotage. And then I repeated it all again. And we like that's reacting to your life leading your life is what do I desire? What do I want? Who do I need to become in order to create that? What do I need to believe? What do I need to think in order to create that? How do I want to feel? How can I tap into those feelings now, it's really just your your to create a new future, you have to become someone you've never been before. And who you're here to be has never been before. So a lot of the common things that hold so many of us back is beliefs and thoughts. Like I have to suffer and work really, really, really, really hard in order to be does deserving. Or we keep telling ourselves this story like, oh, like, I want that. But you know, now's not the time, I'll do it someday. And someday never comes. Because some days in the future, and all we have is now it's not possible for me, what if I make the wrong decision? I don't know how I don't have enough time, I don't have enough money. What if I fail, right? Like we all have these, these thoughts, these feelings, these disempowering beliefs. And so what we get to do is say, okay, whatever these don't do, they're just sentences in my brain, they don't actually mean it mean anything about who I am, and what I get to create. I'm the creator of my life, I'm leading my life. So what is it that I'm creating? Do we get to question these thoughts? We get to say, is that really true? Is this empowering or disempowering me, and what's a new story I can tell, that would actually feel good that would actually allow me to create the results that I want to create in my life. And so something I've found, for me that's really helpful is what I call ladder beliefs. So say, you want to start a business, and hear afraid of failing, and you're scared, it's not going to work. And you don't know what exactly you want to sell. And you don't know how to build a website, and you're not qualified enough because you haven't gotten a certification, and yada, yada, yada, yada. And so you're getting a hard time believing it's possible, because all these thoughts in your brain are telling you that it's not. And so you can ask yourself, and if we start saying, like, Oh, I could start a business, I can 100% do that our brains are like, but can you really like you've never done that before? What if you fail, and all these stories come up. So what I found to help bridge that gap, is to soften it a little bit, because that's super strong, like I'm doing this sometimes brings up a lot of resistance, so we can stop and it was louder beliefs. So you can ask yourself, what do I need to believe in order to believe it's possible to start a business? So what, what kind of like segue beliefs would help you believe that you can do that? Right.

So maybe it's like, well, it's possible. I could start a business. Instead of like, I can 100% I am starting a business. It's like, well, it's possible that I could, other people have done it. It's possible that I could have more clarity tomorrow, and know exactly what I want to do. It's possible that I could really help people out there, right. So just building that Belief in the possibility letting yourself play with the possibility of what you desire. And then the other thing that's really helpful for me, in terms of like, getting on board with actually believing it's possible for you is what I call energetic rituals. So this is things like meditation, hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique, which is like tapping, it's basically like, you like tap on different points of your body, it's kind of like acupuncture, without the needles, basically, journaling, visualization, different things like that, we're actually going to go through a visualization at the end. And basically, these rituals just help you get out of your head and into your body. Because the reason that we believe it's not possible is because we're so in our heads, we're so in our thoughts, we're so like, Oh, my God, all these like thoughts and anxieties like me, and that I can't say that I can't do it knows just the stations in the body, it's just sentences in the brain, it doesn't mean anything about what you can and can create. So I found that these rituals are extremely helpful in just like, kind of checking out of your mind for a minute and checking into your body checking into your intuition, because that's where your answers lie. So the third principle is becoming the version of you who already has it. So this just means this is going back to that identity piece. Who do I need to be in order to create the results I desire? Who is that version of me? that already has what I want? This is something that really, really helped me when I was healing my relationship with food. I asked myself, like, all day, every day, what was the version of me who's already healed her relationship with food? Do what was the version we use? So free and so confident around food do? What would she think? What would she say about this? What was she believed? What would she spend her time doing? What would she? What podcast? Would she be listening to? How would she be showing up herself? How would you be taking care of herself? What was her morning routine be like you can get like, as detailed as feels good for you with this and just really thinking about who is that version of me? Who do I need to become and how can I embody her today? What's one thing I can do to embody her today? So I want if you can think of something right now I would write it down or write this down to come back to after we finished today. Just think of like, What is one thing I can do today to embody that version of me and I want you to do that today. Okay, Part Four, is taking inspired action. So inspired action is the action that comes from your desire, the action that comes from your belief in yourself, believe in possibility, the action that comes from being that version of you who's already created it. From those from that place, the action that you need to take to get you to where you want to go, will come to you. A lot of times we think we need to like sit down and map it all on, how's this gonna work. So know that your intuition will guide you step by step. So it's just about taking the next step. And then the next step will unfold. And the next step will unfold. And so how I like to see inspired action is just it's those actions that just feel like the most natural next step in the world the things that feel fun that light you up, that feel like a gentle like pull and not a force. And a push like for you guys signing up for this program. When Sarah was probably an inspired action something was like in your soul was telling you like this is going to help me This is really going to change my life. There was something like pulling you in, right? And so inspired action is not about like logic, getting our way to the answer, like how am I going to do this? How am I going to reverse engineer my whole life? It just, it doesn't work like that. And honestly, I don't know about you. But for me that feels like really, really stressful trying to have it all figured out. Like what if you didn't need to have it all figured out in order to create the results that you want to create in your life? What if you didn't need to know how in this moment? What if the How will unfold each time you open yourself up to listening to your desires listening to realize you have listened to feels interesting to you. Even when it doesn't make any sense? So inspired action. Sometimes you're like, why am I supposed to do that? Like what how is that like related to what I'm trying to create? And sometimes it doesn't make sense but you something and you're just like I just know, this just feels

right? And the other thing I'll say about inspired action is keep going even when it looks like it's not happening because like I was saying like life is really a perpetual state of not there yet. There's always another desire. There's always another goal that we want to create like that's our nature as humans so when we're not there yet when it seems like it's not happening when we've taken inspired action, and we've been believing and we've been following our desires and we've been embodying the version of us and it's still not happening. Trust that it's all working out for you behind the scenes, keep going anyways, decide if I persist, I will succeed. And there's so much beauty in the contrast, there's so much beauty and they're not there yet it can be you can make it fun and juicy and exciting and amazing. Like, oh my god, I am so looking forward to creating this thing. And my life. And that contrast of experiencing the things that you don't want, just gives you more clarity on what you do want, it starts that process of manifestation by almost like launching a desire within you, well, I don't want this therefore, well, what is it that I do want, and then you get to lead with your desire, it shows you your desires, and you've got to become the version of you who can receive that experience, like lottery winners, most of them go bankrupt after they win the lottery, because they haven't become the version of themselves that can hold that experience. They don't, their beliefs are not aligned with having that much money, who their identity is not aligned with having that much money. So they spend it all they do all these things, because their subconscious mind is like, this is not who we are, we're freaking out, like, get rid of get rid of these things. So um, it's about knowing that you're becoming the perfect container to receive everything you desire. It's all happening for you trust the process, trust the growth, keep going no matter what, because your desires or memory, your desires are always right. You're it's either this or something better. Okay, you have a question?

Yeah. So sorry, someone started backing out. Sorry. Um, so can you speak to the difference between you feel called intuitively to do something, so you start doing it and he like, doesn't really work. But you keep going. And where energy flows is like where you should be going. So like, knowing how to kind of like, find that balance of like,

Okay, I'm

having a lot of blocks right now, maybe this is not the path that I should be going on anymore? And like, No, I know that this is the path that I just have to keep going. Like, can you talk a little bit to that?

Like, how to know the difference? Yeah, I

guess just cuz I feel like in some ways, we're like, yes, keep pushing, keep going. The Royals, like but listen to your gut. And like, also, if it's not working like then it's not meant for you, you know?

Yeah. So yeah, I know, it's, it's hard to tell it's like, okay, does it not working and not feeling good mean, this isn't meant for me, and I should pivot and do something else? Or is this just part of my growth and evolution? And this just means keep going? Sometimes, yes. And sometimes No, sometimes it sometimes it's maybe not meant for you, and there's something better for you. It's always this or something better. And sometimes it is just about continuing to keep going, what I would say is zoom, that's zooming back a little bit and just looking at like, in this moment, what do I desire? What's the next fun thing to do? What's the next interesting thing to do and really kind of just zooming out and taking it back to the next desire? and checking, you can do things like meditation and all kinds of things to connect with your intuition and just ask, ask your higher self ask your intuition. You can like Close your eyes, you can do a meditation just ask yourself like, what is what is the truth about this? What does my soul want me to know about this? What is my higher self want me to know about this and you can journal on that it's okay, if it feels confusing and murky, and you're not quite sure, you will figure it out, you will have more clarity, oftentimes into intuition will feel it will feel calm, it will just feel like a knowing it will sometimes feel like a whisper or like a little tap on the shoulder. If it's coming from intuition, if it's coming from like fears and doubts and limiting beliefs and old, old energetic programs, the emotion will be like way higher, like, Ah, you need to do this. No, they're just like, you need to make a decision now. And when it's when it feels like that when it feels like the emotions are way higher. It's typically a sign that it's coming from a place of like these, like fears and doubts and things like that. So what you can do is allow yourself to process those emotions, feel the feelings that are coming up, let it come out, feel it, Breathe it out, process it, and then continue. can just continue each day asking yourself what does my soul want? What would my intuition Tell me about this? So does that answer your question? Yeah. Okay, cool. Okay. And then, I mean, you can even do something as like ridiculous as like, this is something I did. Sometimes I read it in a book, it was so great. So you can like pick an object in your room, like literally anything and just pick it up and be like, okay, like, here's this cup. If my intuition were trying to communicate through this cup, what would it be telling me and like, the first thing that comes up for me is like, just like the lock surrender, like, life gets to be a paradise and relaxing, right? So you can just allow your intuition to come through and like symbols and things like that, because that's our subconscious mind, our intuition speaks to us is through symbols and things like that. So if you're having a hard time connecting with it, that's like a super easy, simple way to kind of like connect with some answers and intuition within you. Part Five is receiving so celebrating these shifts out of yourself out of the things you see you create out of the things that you desire. And when something awesome happens in your life, when you create something amazing when you manifest something amazing, even if it's something small, it can be the smallest littlest things like I I found $1 on the street today, I'm so abundant, the world is so magical, right? It can be just a little things like really like celebrating that. And by celebrating you, it kind of creates like the opposite of trauma. It's like positive trauma. Because what what creates like programs and belief systems in our body is like an experience or a thought plus a strong emotion. So when we have a positive experience, and we manifest something we want, and then we attach a celebration is heightened positive emotion to it, that's when it like angers into our body, it tells our brain, this is awesome. Do this, again, we like this. This is safe, it's safe to celebrate, it's safe to receive, it's safe to have everything you desire. That's what you're telling your brain when you celebrate. And also to it's not just about like, celebrating like, Okay, well was it when I have this, then I get to celebrate, it's really about fully receiving and also celebrating the things that you already have having gratitude, having appreciation and like kind of like we were talking about before, just knowing that your point of power is in the present. Like you get to create from the now you get to feel how you want to feel. Now you get to think the thoughts and feel the feelings that you want to feel. Now you don't have to wait for something to happen. You don't have to wait for something outside of you. You don't have to wait for tomorrow, you've got to have that now. And there's this really great

metaphor that explains this. So well, like not enjoying the journey and just obsessing over like getting there and not allowing yourself to celebrate until you get there is like going on a rafting trip and you get to the river and you've got your flow. And you're like, Alright, we're gonna go flooding down the river. It's a beautiful sunny day, it's going to be so fun, so amazing. It's going to float down the river with all our friends, it's going to be a great time. And then you say, you know what, honestly, I think I'm just going to take my flow and get in the car and drive to the end of the river so that I can get there like faster. And let's just like avoid the river, like the river was the good part. Like, we want to race so bad to the end of the river that we literally skipped the whole good part. The good part is the floating down the river. The good part is who you become in the process. The good part is what you get to experience and celebrate in the process. So those are the five things I wanted to share with you guys. Today, I have a visualization for you, that's really going to just help like anchor the vision for what you want to create into your brain so that it gets to become the kind of like new system in programming that you're like mind to get to operate from. So before we do that, do you guys have any question?

No. Okay. All right, cool. So if you do you're welcome to turn off your camera, you're welcome to leave it on whatever feels good. For you can sit down, lay down and just go ahead and close your eyes.

Just setting the intention to be here to be present. Letting go of anything else you need to do today, letting go of anything else that's happened already. There's nowhere else you need to go nowhere else you need to be. You're exactly where you're meant to be in this moment. So I want you to just breathe in that presence. Breathe that in with a big inhale and then exhale, breathe out your mouth. Continue to taking deep breaths and exhale, let it go. Just letting yourself ground into this moment becoming more centered, more grounded, more relaxed, letting yourself already start feeling better, feeling lighter. just noticing as you inhale, and as you exhale, feeling you're feeling yourself supported by the earth beneath you. Feeling yourself for life. And then really just letting go of anything you need to release. On the exhale.

I want you to imagine now, a beautiful golden light above your head. And this light comes with the most relaxing, calming energy, it washes away anything that needs to be released your mind body and energy today. So I want you to see this light coming up over your head now. Coming down over your forehead, back of your head, feeling each and every muscle in your forehead. Just relax all the worry lines and frown lines just melting away now. Just feeling this golden light come over your eyes, your eyes just relaxing shot. so relaxed, they don't even want to seem to open this energy comes down over your cheek. Your mouth, your job on maybe even your teeth car as your jaw just relaxes and you let yourself sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Coming down now over your neck and your shoulders, feeling all the muscles in your shoulders. Just begin to relax now, feeling your shoulders drop a little bit. And this golden light now moves to the upper back and your chest. All the muscles and organs in your chest. Just relax now. Continuing to breathe, moving the slide down now over your lower back melting away any and all Ascension over your hips, your thighs, and all the muscles, tendons and ligaments in your thighs. Just letting them feel like loose, limp rubber bands now, just completely relaxing. Thinking deeper into the chair, digging deeper into relaxation. And there's light comes down over your knees, your calves, your ankles, your feet, each and every one of your toes. And just wrapping yourself. And this awareness of your body wrapping yourself in this sensation as you inhale does allow this golden light to get brighter, wrapping yourself in this golden light. And as you exhale, the light expands the lay expands all around you and you feel this energy just radiating and pulsing throughout your body.

Continuing to breathe, breathing in, the light gets brighter, breathing out and expands further around you.

I want you to imagine yourself a few months from now exactly where you'd like to be. And I want you to think of the thing you want most for your life right now. And I want you to literally now and pretend it's already done. What does that look like for you? by yourself to see what you're seeing here what you're hearing and feel what you're feeling. Where are you? What are you doing? Who are you with? And what are you wearing? Just notice where you are. Take it in and give yourself permission to relax. Taking it all and mothering yourself experience all there is to experience in this moment.

Staying present with how you feel in this moment? Just notice what thoughts are going through your head? What are you saying to yourself? Girl finally getting here?

And how does it feel? Oh, this field to know that you created this.

Just notice what else are you saying to yourself? What are those around you saying?

Staying present with how you feel in that moment, letting it feel so good letting yourself celebrate what you've created. And as you're there, I want you to take a moment and look over your shoulder or your past. Especially notice the challenges that you've gone through to get you here today. I want you to look back and see what you did over the last few months.

What did you believe that made the biggest impact?

What actions Did you take that made the biggest impact? Just trust whatever comes up for you today is okay trust that whatever you need to know will be revealed to you either now, or at a later time.

And then it's time three took those actions and chose those empowering beliefs. What did you say to yourself that made a difference?

What did you let go of in order to allow yourself to finally get where you ultimately wanted to be wanted you like us

to recognize everything you've been through and how you still managed to show up here today and how you're stronger and better as a result of everything you've been through.

I want you to now look at yourself in front of a mirror, look at this future version of you in front of a mirror and see your beautiful reflection. You're smiling because you know that this reality is meant for you. You're smiling because you feel so good. You feel so confident. You're so excited about your life you wake up feeling so good about it. You look in the mirror and you feel confident you feel proud. And you can just feel the confident magnetic vibes radiating from this version of you.

As you look at this version of you, she says to you, I'm taking control of my life. I'm letting go of anything that no longer serves me today. I am choosing what I desire. As of today. I'm choosing right now, to let it be easy and fun. I'm choosing to expect ease joy, happiness, abundance, fun and miracles. And every moment. I'm ready and willing to be guided. I've got this I can do. You feel something shifting inside of you. You feel your energy rising up, you feel so alive, inspired and motivated and these emotions just fill you up. You're not open and free to experience and receive all that you desire. Now you feel so powerful, so confident and so free, because you decided that you are the creator of your life. And they you can create anything you want. And you're so excited to know that that's the reality, you get to live, that's who you are, you're a creator. And that's what you get to have.

As you're connecting with this version of you, just feeling her energy, feeling that confidence, feeling that happiness, pulsing throughout you. She has a message for you today. So when you're ready, I want you to just allow yourself to receive this message from your higher self. Trust that whatever comes through is the message that was meant for you today. So just let yourself receive that message from her now, what does she want you to know?

When you receive this message, I want you to take your hands, place them on your heart. I want you to just breathe this energy and breathe it all in. And then exhale, let it go. Breathing your desires into your heart. And then as you exhale, deciding that this is how you get to have one more big inhale, biggest inhale other day. And then exhale, let it go.

And when you're ready, you can open your eyes.

Just really calm.

Yeah, calm is good.

Amazing.

Not I'm really like I said, I'm a I'm like a future. Like, my body feels energetic Li very connected to future. But sometimes it doesn't get specific. And so this is really good for me to allow myself to like, what you were asking, like to keep going to keep pushing to the specifics of it. And to like, not just go General, like this is this is what I did. This is what I want this little feel like, like, what does that look like? What does it sound like? What does it drive? like? What does it taste like? What do you dress like? It's so powerful?

Yay. Emily, what about you was anything like surprising that came up? Or like when I asked like, what did you have to let go of like, what came up for you then?

Mine is more like my future self is telling me to stop being so hard on myself. And to let myself just be like, if I'm sad, it's okay. Or if I'm frustrated, that's okay. Because I then get in a spiral of them. I'm sad and I shouldn't be sad about something. So then I'm like, why am I feeling like this, you know, so that I get really hard on myself. So I feel like my future self is telling me to like, take a step back. And like, Don't be so hard on yourself.

So good. I love that. Yeah. And it's like, we I think a lot of you know, the world tries to convince us we're supposed to be like positive and happy and good vibes, like only and it's like, no, we're humans, we are literally meant to have a full spectrum of emotions. If we didn't feel like fear. We couldn't feel excitement if we didn't feel sadness. We couldn't feel happiness like all the all the spectrum of emotions are there and are serving us and it's like when it comes up. It's like we don't have to get rid of it. We don't have to race to be more positive. We don't have to race to feel better. Like our emotions don't mean anything about what we get to create. It's just like, Oh, I have I'm experiencing anxiety. Well, a lot of times our anxiety likes to tell us well, because you have anxiety, you're gonna scare people away. You're gonna scare whatever you want. And you can do this and you can't do that. It's like okay, well, you know, thank you anxiety for trying to protect me like ice. You and even with this anxiety, if the anxiety wants to come with me great, but here's where I'm going, here's what I'm creating, here's what I desire. And if these quote negative emotions need to come along for the ride and like, Come along, right? It's about putting your emotions in the passenger seat and putting your soul in the driver's seat and being like, these emotions are okay. And they're not they don't have to stop me. They don't have to mean anything about what I get to create. I don't have to get rid of them. They're not bad. I'm just I'm just a human right?
