So I think you're gonna be very excited to hear all that she has to share today. So she teaches women how to build a wildly successful online business through attraction marketing, and organic social media strategies. She brought her biz to 2 million in cash in 12 months through the mastery of personal branding, and incredible client retention. So welcome stuff. I'm so happy to have you. Hello, I'm so excited to be here. Thank you for that incredible introduction. I'm just so hyped. I'm so excited to you know, connect with you and your audience. Me too. Okay, so let's connect with you and hear a little bit Can you tell us a little bit more about your life journey and your story and what led you to where you are today? Yeah, as much or as little as you'd like. Totally. Okay, so I guess you know, I'm in a place right now in my life, my business that I never thought I would, would be you know, I don't really think we ever dreamed of becoming coaches and entrepreneurs, it just kind of kind of happens. I grew up here's the quick version of it is I grew up, you know, with a traditional go to school, go to university, like get a quote unquote, good job. And so I wasn't in in I was in university after high school, and I was planning on becoming a elementary school teacher. And I actually kind of dropped out in between there because it just did not feel right. Like it just was a full body. Hell no, like, there's something about this. That's not right. I just, I remember imagining myself thinking like, are you really gonna go to this building to this office to this classroom, and I pictured myself basically watching the time go by waiting until I can leave. And I was like, that's not exactly how I want to live my life. And so again, at that point, I had no idea. Even like entrepreneurship, like was not in my realm, business was not in my realm, coaching was not in my realm. But what was in my realm was a love for social media. And at that time, a love for connection. And again, at that time, I was building a brand without even knowing it by sharing my personal journey through fitness. And so like I would have part time jobs and I would be like in school and taking different courses, but I literally could not wait to go home and just connect with my people. And again, like it was it was not to connect to sell it was it was just to connect, like I loved the whole vibe of connection on on social media. And so one day just in 2017, a business course kind of just like fell in front of my face, and I was actually cold message by the person who sold it to me, and they were like, they're like, are you monetizing your Instagram and I had no idea what that even meant. I was like, What like, What do you mean? You can make money on Instagram like I had no idea But I was just like, whatever, sign me up like, a couple $1,000, whatever. And that was just kind of like, the moment that I was, I saw that I have like this platform in front of you, I already have a community of people, I already have a brand. Now I just need to add, like a more professional way to serve them through selling. And so that's when it started in 2017, of just taking these bold risks and messy action and putting out random offers. And when I say it was messy action, like I was selling stuff. And I didn't even know how to make a payment link. Like I had people being like, I'm gonna buy and I'm like, Okay, one second I need. Like, it was just like, it was just like that. And then what happened eventually was I learned how to actually like scale, you know, and build a program and serve multiple people at once. And that's when I built my fitness program, which was courageous and confident the fitness program. And I ran that I believe, nine sessions. And that was incredible. And then there was a point in the middle of 2018, where I really just felt like, this is great. But there's something missing. You know what I mean? It just felt like I was just like, launching, running, launching, running the program launching running the program, like repeat, like there was no, there was nothing else. And I just felt like, okay, there's something missing. And I don't know what that is. And that's when I made my my first like big, big, big investment. And my private coach, who is still my private coach today. And I was really just like, I am kind of stuck. Like, I know, I meant for more, but I don't know, like what that can look like. And so that was again, another moment where I just realized, like, Oh, I don't have to be stuck to fitness, I can be all the things and I've always been very multi passionate. And so that's when I started to broaden my brand and speak more of like, you know, courage. And that's where my whole brand turned to courageously confident, not just my fitness program. And I, I spoke about mindset. And then eventually, I started having specific like social media programs, because I mastered social media myself. So I kind of just like, had my own strategy. And then, at the end of 2019, I finally said goodbye to fitness for good and fully stepped into business coaching. And it has been the best decision because it just like, I'm so happy, I love what I do. I feel so in flow, I feel so happy. I feel so creative. And I just have been able to work with the most incredible people, I love my clients, I love everything that I'm doing. Basically, I love everything. But But you know, I love it. struggle that came from, you know, 2017 to now and I'm just in a place where I'm just so excited. And I just want to share that story and share the journey for people who maybe feel like how I felt in 2018. Like, there's more, but I'm stuck like, and I want people to see what's possible. And what's possible in such a minimalistic way. You know what I mean? Like, my business structure is so simple. Like, I I've been a team of one up until like, very recently, like, no va. No, none of that. Like my business structure is so simple, where I'm like confused why people have like 12 team members do sales calls. And I'm like, What are you doing? Like, I don't just like I want to show people like the power is in your hands, the power is in your brand. And the power is in your passion and your commitment to whatever that looks like for you. Yes. And that's like what being an entrepreneur is all about, like being empowered to, like live and create in the ways that we want to live and create. And if we're creating something that we fucking hate that requires like us to be out of integrity and all these crazy bells and whistles and like working around the clock. It's like, it's a be like, I'm the one who gets to decide. Yep, exactly. You know, I really just I over the years, like so when I went to university, I was studying psychology and like sociology, so I've always had an interest in like humans, like the brain and like, why people do things or why people don't and being in the entrepreneurial space, like it's very clear, like I see certain qualities of like, I can very clearly see why this person is wildly successful. And I can see why this person is not and it's not like, I'm not judging anyone. It's just like there's certain tendencies of like, like being committed no matter what, like deciding and just going for it like not overthinking, you know, that kind of thing. And it's just like, that's true entrepreneurship, in my opinion. I love that. Okay, can we go into that a little bit more? Like what are those other qualities and tendencies? Like I know you said like being committed no matter what, like not overthinking and just kind of like going in with the decisions. What else do you feel like are the biggest shifts that have supported you and those kind of like qualities and tendencies that you like seeing others and your clients that allow them to have those like standout brands and businesses as well? Yeah, so one is, the first thing is like, the literal definition of entrepreneurship is someone who takes like, basically unrealistic risks, financial risks, to build what they want to build. So that's the first thing is like, if you're an entrepreneur, you're gonna take risks, and you have to be okay, taking the risk, right? financial risks, whether it's or just like doing something different, putting something new out there, like, we have to be okay. And we have to be the ones leading and, and taking the steps First, right? So we can't be afraid of that. Or even if we have the fear, we have to move with it. So so that's one huge piece. I also think innovation is a huge one. Because I believe like if we're born entrepreneurs, or we have those, those tendencies, those qualities, we want to do things and and help people and share things and create in ways that are different in ways that stand out, right? Because we're we're creative people, right? So it's like, the more that we can bring that into our coaching business, our brand, whatever, the more that we're going to stand out. And then the more that people are going to follow us find us hire us all the things and that's again, like I said, everything from branding to like the methods that you might teach or coach on to what else like like, I don't know, I'm kind of I'm in a stage right now. I don't know when this is going to air but I am like going full force and I'm declaring it places so I there's no backing out now. But we're going like full force Gary Vee style when it comes to content, like I hiring a full time Content Manager, creator producer, that we're just like, I'm ready to blow up the coaching industry with like, behind the scenes content of what it's like, like, and more like, we're also doing like, like mini series documentary is you probably seen on my Instagram, their conversations with xo, like I just see a vision of more video content more behind the scenes content of like, what it's like to be in the coaching industry, because I feel like that's not really there. I'm basically creating a reality TV show. Just so oh my gosh, that is so good. I'm not saying like everyone go do that. I'm saying find your thing, right? That's like yours. And it's not copying, don't copy what I'm doing. Because I'm doing it like, it's not going to work. Find your thing. And we don't always have to know what that is. It's an evolution. Like, I had no idea that I would be doing this, but one day, it just kind of hit me. And it was like hell yes. Like we're, we're frickin doing this, right? So it's really just like finding your way, taking massive risks. And if I always say this, like, if you're an entrepreneur, it's okay, if you make a mistake, it's okay, if something doesn't work, because you're an entrepreneur, we're literally born to fix things, right? So it's like, don't be afraid to mess up, don't Don't worry, if something is a flop, like you're on to the next thing, you know. So it's, it's that combination, I think of all of those things that really stand out to me when I see successful entrepreneurs. I love that and I feel like all we're ever really afraid of is a potential emotion. And I know You talk a lot about becoming the version of you who can handle it all and like allow the emotions to be okay and I love that you're gonna be sharing more of the behind the scenes of the coaching industry because it can be a fucking roller coaster of like, just you know, sometimes you feel at least with me, at least I've sometimes I feel like crazy by what's going on in my brain. And then other times I feel like I'm the most powerful like competent human in the world. And then you get rejected and then you sign your highest paying client ever and it's like there's all the different elements of being a coach. And it's not like when you're like when you try to be the coach who only allows the quote, good things, it's like you like limit your opportunity. So I'd love if you can talk about how you navigate the, the emotions, the ups, the downs that come with entrepreneurship and coaching. Yeah, this was this is something that I started talking about a lot, like late last year. You know, here's the thing is, is I think the best way, this is what I will say to start is the best way to navigate it. Is to, like, experience it, right? Like, we don't know how we're going to feel until it happens. And so I'm not saying that, like struggle has to come with success. I'm not saying that, you know, there's always gonna be things, but there are going to be things. And so I just feel like the biggest way to become resilient and emotionally intelligent is to be in those situations and work through it. And then on the other side, you're stronger. So, for me, you know, I faced things like that I never thought I would face like, like, when I think of it in hindsight, okay, yeah, if client signs and they want to leave, like, no big deal, you just fix it, but when you're in it, and that's new, that brings up wounds of like insecurity and rejection. And if you're like, I'm an emotional authority, if you know, Human Design, like I'm like, me, like, I'm sad that you're leaving, or if it's someone who's actually really rude to you, like, I'm really sad that someone is not at me. And these things happen, and they're not a reflection of us, they're a reflection of their response, which is fine. But in those moments, I think the biggest thing is if something triggers you and makes you upset, or angry, or frustrated, is to just sit with the emotion, and then don't react and respond until you're through the emotional wave and then respond in a very Matter of fact, like down to business kind of way, you know, and so I've learned to do that. And I think the other piece for me is having support during those times, you know, I, I never thought some of those things would happen. And that's why I have a mentor who's like, I've been through this, I know how to help you get through this. And now some of my, my clients are going through similar things. And I'm like, this is exactly why I went through it because I can, I can lead you, but also, I have no fear for you that you're going to get through this. So I think it's just like, I think in the moment, these things feel bigger than they are. But when we focus on our big vision, we can't let the little things whether it's like, clients leaving or clients not hiring, or whatever it is, you know, I can't think of other examples right now. They're so small compared to our big vision. And I think when we focus on the big vision, it's just like, sure that can happen. But I'm focused forward on something bigger than just this. Yes. And I think like, we always get to look back and realize that it was all happening perfectly to lead us where we were meant to be. And it was all making us so much stronger. Like you said, yeah. 100%. And, and it's, it's to remember, like, again, like, like, when you're in it, it's hard to see the other side. But when you're on the other side, you can you can know what the lesson is. So it's to remind yourself like any low, there's still going to be a high and there's going to be a lesson a story of something in hindsight that you become stronger from, yes, there's always the other side. And there's more freedom, more strength, and lessons on the other side. And it's, and it's all beautiful. On the other side, and on this side. Yes. I love it. Okay, so I want to talk about having a brand because I know that's something you talk a lot about. And I love the way you share about it. How like, I know you've said that, like when you have a personal brand, like it doesn't matter. Like if you like niche yourself and put yourself in a box because like you're a brand and you always have a community of people who want to buy from you. Can you talk a little bit about what your definition like, I don't like the word definition that sounds so formal, but like what you see as a brand and what that means to you and why that's so important in online business. Yeah. Well, here's the thing is brand is trust, and trust equals sales. That's like the most basic way. brand is trust. And when you have trust, you have business and you have sales. So to go a little bit deeper is a brand is connection, a brand is a feeling. So a brand is basically what people what people say when someone asks like, Oh, what is stuff like, that's my brand is what what people say. So it's like, if I want people to say, you know, it's it's bright, and it's fun, and it's successful, and it's a vibe, and it's bold, then I'm going to represent that in my content. It's how you want people to feel. That's what a brand is. Now, to go even deeper with a personal brand. And this is why I'm so big on personal brands is because what if we focus on like just talking about one specific thing all the time. It kind of puts ourselves into a box and I know that most of us I don't know. Again, not speaking for everyone. I don't really know if I want to be coaching for the rest of my life. But I have a brand that people love me Not just love what I do, they love me. So if I decide to sell fricking like lipstick one day, they're gonna buy it, because they love me. So instead of focusing on like, the product that you're selling, yes, that's important, but a brand is more of like you. And and when it's when people love you, they're going to love everything that you sell. I don't know if you know or follow Angie Lee. I've heard of her, but I don't know, her. So she used to be a business coach. She was actually like my first business coach in that first program back in 2017. And she's now pivoting and she has like a health and wellness like products and for women and like see, she made a CBD product line with her brother. And like she didn't need to, like, rebuild an audience. It's working because she builds a personal brand. And that's a really great example. And if anyone's listening, like go just look her up on Instagram, like, she used to be all business entrepreneurship, like, how to sell what to do how to market and then now it's just like, it's still some of that, but she brought in products and it's working. And it's because people love her. So it's like, it's so important to share more than just what you're selling but share who you are and share your life. Because that's really why people follow and they stay even if you're pivoting what you're selling, you know, I gone are the days where it has to be one thing. And Hello, it's got to be all the things you know, yes. Hello to that. Oh my gosh, I love that so much I yeah, and the first couple years of my business it was very much like I must nail down my niche so perfectly and I know client I need to know exactly who they are and, and what they're thinking and how old they are and, and what they're doing. And I need to only talk about this one thing and you know, that's what i think you know, a lot of business coaches out there to just like niche niche niche niche niche, you much niche and it's like, we like have all these like limitations that can like put us in a box and it's like, what if like, I am my niche, like that was a huge shift. For me. It's like, my niche is not like what I am teaching are not teaching about like my niches me I am my niche. Therefore if I love it, I get to share about it. And the people who are aligned with that will align with me and align with my brand. And I don't have to stuff myself in a box and it works so much better that way. And then at least for me, and it's so much more fun. It's huge. It's huge, you know, and it's like, for so long business coaches were like, like that one liner, like what is your like the tagline? I helped blank to blank so they can be like, yeah, like, like, like a week long month long course on trying to figure out this like tagline. I don't like it. It's the least important thing, right? And I just think it's like, here's where I do believe right is we have to be specific in what we're selling. But you can mean be more broad in your brand. Right? So So when it comes to sales and like your offers be specific, like people need to know what it's about for comes to your brand you can be all the things you want to be. I love that distinction so much. And speaking of the important things to focus on that are not the tag lines, what do you feel like for you those important focuses are the have a larger business to stay really simple and grow. So yeah, yeah. Number one is brands like always, it's because I prioritize like my content, consistency, my brand giving value, because that's what builds the audience. That's what builds the business. That's what builds the people. So So putting prioritizing brand building all the time, not just a season of it, like all the time is so huge. That's what does that mean like brand building? Is that like majority like content creation? Yes. Yeah. What do you see this? Okay. Yeah, like, like content creation, Top of Mind awareness, like posting consistently being on multiple platforms, sharing in different ways. You know what I mean? Like, I obviously love Instagram, but I love like doing free master classes and getting people there and like clubhouse and all that kind of stuff is just like, consistently, in different ways, sharing your message through through all of the most incredible ways that we have to share on social media right now. Like there's such a variety of ways that people can learn from us. So a consistent message and vibe on multiple platforms. And yeah, so there's that and then I would say, like creating offers that you love. Here's the thing is people get so caught up in in their, their head around sales. But to me, I'm like, selling is so easy if you freaking love what you sell. So like, so I think people get caught up in like, oh, what if no one buys or blah, blah, blah or whatever it's like, if you sell something that you think is the best thing in the world, and you show up in that way, genuinely, people can't help but buy. So I keep sales really simple. Like, here's the vibe, this is the program like, like, I'm so confident about it, because I'm obsessed with all my offers. I you know, and people can feel that energy. So you know what I mean? And so it's it. And that's why like, I really resonate with like organic and, and attraction marketing is because I can just go on and say like, this is what's coming up. And here's what you need to know, if you want to buy come by and it works. Like, I just think sales gets to be the easiest thing. complicated, it's just because we make it so much more complicated than it needs to be. So I make sales really easy. And then I've found this like vibe in my business structure where, again, everyone's business structure can look different, like there's no right way. What I found works for me is I have, you know, what I call like my mid tier offers, which are my group programs that are more specific, like money mindset, launch strategy, like social media branding, that kind of stuff. And then I have like, I'm always selling multiple things. But it works well in my business structure, because I have those programs where I can have like hundreds of people in them. But then I have a mastermind that I have private coaching. So it's like to be smart in your your product suite of having different levels of offers and different levels of pricing. Because that's going to scale your business, you're going to get transactions of people paying your highest amount to be private coaching, somewhere a little bit lower for, say, a mastermind, for example. And then a group program or whatever you have, that's you know, a little bit lower, but you can scale it more because a lot of people can join. And I just once I mastered that, in terms of how that feels good for me and the how that flows. For me, that's really when my business started to scale. And it feels so sustainable in terms of my energy and my time because I'm not just doing private coaching, right. It's like, I've got groups, you know, group calls, some private coaching some of this, but it all adds up and it all builds. So some kind of smart business model that allows you to stack and build your income is very, very smart as well. I love it. Okay, so in terms of the different like offers and the different tears for you, do you have differences in how you sell? Or is it selling? is selling, selling? Does that make sense? Yeah, that totally makes sense. Oh, so with a group program, for example, that has like a start date and whatever. It's, it's not even like, the way that I sell is even different. It's more of the energy. So in my group programs there, there's unlimited amount of space. So I sell it with more of the energy of like, momentum as many people as possible. And it's more of like hype and vibe, and like that kind of thing. Whereas with private coaching and masterminds, I see it as like, this is a way more intimate relationship. Because it's like one on one time, if you're getting more proximity to me, and I'm specific on who I want that time to be shared with. Right. So when I'm selling, I don't do like launches for private coaching. I hardly do launches for masterminds, because it's more of like I want the right fit. So I'm more in like lean back energy when I talk about it when I promote it and I trusted the people who come to me are those ones that are they they fit in the mastermind they fit in one on one coaching and they do so a program launch i think is more structured, getting as many people as possible and then for me masterminds in private coaching is really just like I'm holding space for the right people because it's a more intimate relationship and I want that to feel good. Right? I love that. Yeah. And I really love how you talk about like, going into that lean back energy What is that like mean? For you? Is that kind of like you know, a lot of people may call that like feminine energy Do you see that as like the same thing or do you see Leanback as something something different? So when I talk about that with like lean with sales and lean back energy What I mean is like, I'll put a post on Instagram for example, saying like my private coaching is booked until July if you want to join you have to join now like for the waitlist, like I don't know Forget that I even put that post. Like, it's just like one straightforward post. Not much detail Other than that, and then I kind of forget about it, right? Whereas when I'm selling a program there is like, here's the branding, here's this, here's the video, here's the master class, it's more forward energy and more more me doing. And the lean back in, like, the higher level stuff is more of just like trusting the people are gonna see it. So it's still putting stuff out there. But it's not like, it's not like a week long of me putting stuff about private coaching. Got it? Yeah, that makes sense. Yeah. Okay, I want to talk about investing, because I know that's something that's like really important to you to be constantly investing in your next level of growth and, and mentorship and even continuing with mentors. So can you talk about why investing has been so important to you and your growth in your business and life too? Yeah. I mean, I just, I always want to grow, like, I always want to be better. And right now, it's more so being better at like, who I'm being how to handle things better, how to have stronger boundaries, you know, like, that kind of stuff. So I if I'm, if we're dedicated to expansion and grows, I always believe in having a mentor and paying that transaction, you know, for that person who is steps ahead of us who's who has mastered things that we haven't mastered yet, or has gone through things that we haven't gone through and can help us. You know, if we go through those things, that's what it's about. to me. It's not, you know, at one time, I probably thought it was like, I don't I have all these problems, can you help me fix these problems? Now, it's more like, I just want to expand and grow. And I want to have that person there. Who is my portal to growth, you know what I mean? And so, investing is just, it also has as absolutely shifted my mindset around money, you know, what I mean? Like to exchange amount of money to be in someone's proximity, like, if you were to say that to me four years ago, I would have been like, That's insane. But now I see the value in that, like, that's the best thing you can do for yourself, trying to build a business, let alone trying to know how to coach people without support. Like, that's, that's just crazy, wrong. Stupid. I like don't know how people do it with a no, like, you're just, I just believe in consistent high level support. You know, I just I believe in it, I i'm not saying that you have to spend money to make money at all, I'm saying if you want to grow, hire someone who steps ahead of you, and be in their world, like that's just the bottom line, you're gonna learn so much. And don't be afraid of the investment. The investment is, represents your commitment, it represents your expansion, like lead into that it's the most incredible thing that you'll do. And I just as much as you can do, I see a lot of people and again, the No offense, but like, whatever. These are the people who aren't successful, quote, unquote, whatever that means. They flip flop in and out of mentorship. And I'm like, if you stayed in it, you would see that consistent, gross, but a lot of people see it as like, Oh, well take the month long thing or and then I'll be fine. But it's like, I really, for myself, for my own clients, for some of my peers and friends in the industry. Like I see the huge difference of being in the long term support just makes a world of a difference because you grow with someone and and you really get to expand and evolve when you're with someone for a long period of time. Yeah, and it feels like there's like this, like almost like a chain connecting like everyone, like me and everyone in my coach family where we're like, I my coach, and my coach, Coach, my coach, Coach, coach, like everyone is rapidly expanding and growing and so deeply committed to expansion that it just becomes this like, massive ripple effect and portal for like explosive, fast growth. And I love what you said about like, it's not about hiring someone to fix your problems and be like, I'm broken. I'm fixed me. Uh, you have the answers. I need you. But hiring from the place of like, I want to expand I want to calibrate to your energy I want to be in your proximity. Like that is such a huge shift. And Jen was the first coach I hired really from that place of like, I don't need you I don't believe that you have some secret answer that I don't have. I want to work with you. I'm called to work with you. I'm excited about working with you something in my soul is telling me Fuck yes. Let's do this. This feels expansive. This feels like I'm going to grow. I'm excited. It was It wasn't like, Oh my gosh, I need you. And I think when we are able to shift our investment choices from that place of like, I feel like I need this person. And oftentimes I find that that comes from the way that people sell is like, you know, some people sell in this way not to call them out. But yes to call them out, like, you know, if you don't get my three step process, this is the only way to do it. And if you don't do these three steps, you're going to fail, and you're going to be miserable, like you better get in my thing now, or else you're never going to make it. You don't know anything. Obviously, no one is saying, I don't think anyone's saying those exact words. But I think oftentimes, like when we're investing from that place of like, someone else has the answer, rather than I'm looking to expand, it's completely different. Absolutely. And I think this is the shift of like, when people hire coaches, and it's like, oh, they're gonna fix a problem, like everything is a problem. But when you go in stead of just like, Oh, my God, like, I just want to expand, I can't wait to see like how I change and evolve and just like that energy, then that's when you actually expand. But when you go in thinking, like, Oh, I have all these problems. It's like, Ooh, that's heavy for the client and the coach. Right? So it's just like, yeah, we're gonna have problems, of course, and our mentor is there for us, but it's more so like, this is the vibe of expansion, you know? Yeah. And I know, I heard you say one time something that your coach Mel said that like, was a huge game changer for you when she said, like, are you climbing the mountain with no peak? Can you talk about that? And like how, as you know, as entrepreneurs who choose to constantly grow and expand, like, that's what we're choosing, and like, we get to like, let that be amazing, rather than like a problem to fix. Yes. Oh, my God, this was like a one of the toughest lessons that I learned. So when Melanie first shared that with me, this was back in and I don't know if you know, the story in it, in 2020. In January, I wanted to quit last year, like, the year that I hit a million I wanted to quit. At the beginning. I was I was just in a bad place. And I was like, to Melanie, I was like, I don't think I can keep going this isn't working like it was just a bad headspace. And we had like an emergency call. She calls me and she's like, I'm gonna give you the tough coaching right now. I'm like, Okay, give it to me. And she's like, what mountain? Are you on the mountain with an end goal, or the mountain that never ends? consistent growth? And I was like, fuck. Like, okay, great. Yeah. Okay, so I yeah. Because if you were to ask me, well, what's the end goal? I don't really know. Like, what's the end goal? I can't put an amount of money on that. Like, I don't you know what I mean? Like, I don't know. So I'm consistently just on a journey of growth and happiness and fun, and that doesn't have an end. So So if I'm on, if we're on the mountain with no peak, we have to be okay. When times get tough, we have to be okay. When we have a high month and then a low month, we have to be okay, if no one signs, we have to be okay with all of it. Because you're on it no matter what. That's, that's the vibe of it. So it's like, if you choose this mountain, you're not getting off, because there's no end. It sounds daunting, but it's so freaking true. Like, if you're not going to give up, you're not going to give up you're going to be okay. But also are you working to hit you know, x thing? And then you're done. And that's fine. You're on a different mountain than us. Yeah, you know, but but it's just like if we get really stuck in something, but also we remind ourselves like we're in this no matter what, it's such a good, you know, concept to come back to and realize like, I'm in this no matter what, and it just kind of picks you back up. Yes, I had a friend give me similar advice one time when I was kind of feeling the like, I think I've done with this. And if I have and she said, okay, Madison, you have two choices, keep going or quit. Those are your two options. Which one is it going to be? And I'm like, Well, obviously I'm not quitting. So I guess we're gonna keep going. And it's just freeing when we remember that, like, I'm choosing this, I can handle the discomfort that may come with this growth. I'm choosing the growth I'm choosing expansion because that's what I desire. That's what lights me up. And if it sometimes comes with discomfort and pain, it can come with me. It could I put it in my backpack. Right? Yeah, you've got to be we've got to be here for all of it. You know, we got to be here for all of it. If we're not going to quit, then we have to be okay with the good The bad the ugly, you know? Yes. Speaking of the bad, the ugly what's been your biggest challenge recently? Oh, biggest challenge recently? So I mean, I don't know if I call it a challenge, or whatever. But so recently I've, I don't know, I recently did a masterclass called capacity. I don't know, if you watch that in my, in my group, it's a free community and I loved every second up, okay. Have you watched it or not? So, recently, in my world, I felt so called and like, people were coming to me, like, for private coaching. And I just felt like so yes to, like, take on more clients, and it feels so light, and it feels amazing, I'm obsessed. But there is there was that challenge of setting next level boundaries, right, because as we take more people on, if we're like, higher level, and, you know, running big businesses, you know, we have to find a new level of boundary of disconnect, I find to hold space for all of these people who are doing incredible things. So it was like this, the slight challenge, and I do honestly still have challenges sometimes of like, Cam not answering boxer right away, on my certain days, I'm off, I'm not in there, like they're gonna be okay. And it's, it's an in insecurity thing, it comes from a people pleasing thing, it comes from, like, I just want to make sure they're okay. But like, that was me really stepping into like, a whole new vibe of like leadership. That is, it's challenging, but I know I'm going to get there. And I know, like, I value that from my mentor. And I hope my clients value that from me as well. So I would say like, that's the biggest thing very recently for me. I love that. And, yeah, it's I love what you said about how, like, we're just so much more, we're so much stronger, so much more like capable of so much more capacity than we think. And it doesn't mean like, Oh, go, like work more for the sake of working more. But if you have a desire to work with more people, like you can become the person who can hold the space for that without it taking away from you. Exactly, exactly. I love it. What about your biggest breakthrough recently? Or would that be the same thing? Ah, they get biggest breaks. Like there's so many like, this is a big question or just a shift a recent shift? Well, this is what's coming to mind is just the realization it wasn't too long ago, like within the last two months is just where we want to go with the brand. What I said earlier, just creating more content to create more content really stand out. Like I didn't know that I would ever want to do that, like on a bigger scale. And I just came to a place in my coaching business. I feel so good that I'm like, Where can we expand and really make a bigger impact? And and it's the way that we're going with content and stuff. And it was just like a moment that was like, Oh my god, this is the vision and so that that counts as a breakthrough. Yes, it's all breakthroughs. All of it. Okay, I wanted to talk about attraction, marketing, and attracting clients who are ready to buy I think there I used to, you know, learn a lot from the Guru's who I thought I had they had all the answers. I'm like, I must do everything they're doing and they're saying speak everyone's pain points and do this and do that and do these all these like things and a lot for me, it felt so much like convincing. And when I let all of that go and just like literally fuckin spoke to people, like they're empowered adults. It's like, I'm calling in so many more clients at such a higher level who really are aligned with like, who I am and what I'm creating and where I'm going and you know, what lights me up. So can you talk a little bit about what like attraction marketing means to you and how you attract those clients who are ready, are ready to buy ready to go all in? Yeah, it's it's like you said, it's speaking to people. I say this all the time. speak to people like they're millionaires. And they're brilliant. There's no convincing, there's no pain points. There's no like, dummying down. It's like, I've got this do you want it come get it. Like, that's literally what it is. So so it gets to be so simple. When you do it like that. It's like, ah, like, you could just exhale and lean back. Yeah. And the thing is, is like but here's the thing is like, we have to build our brand around that vibe. So for example, like I'm very straightforward in my content of like, Here's the vibe, this is what you do. This is the vibe of like six and seven figure entrepreneurs like, I don't need to tell you to do something, you know what to do. Like, it's making sure we're not babying people in our content, because then we're going to attract people who need babying, and then they're not going to buy. So it's attracting people who are like, at a certain level, ready to rise, ready to pay, ready to invest ready to level up, that when they see the opportunity, they just do it. So so it's really just like, this is the vibe, having strong standards, being in integrity yourself, like, all of these things are important. But really just like speaking to people, like Like, they're ready, like they're going to rise and, and I don't really speak to pain at all, in my offers, I speak to like the vision, I speak to the expansion, and that that in and of itself calls in people who are ready to expand. So I'm just very clear when it comes to selling. I'm very confident, like I said earlier, because I love my offers. And I call people to me, I say to sign up, you know, DM me, or to sign up, swipe up. So it's like, I'm not going to people. That's the opposite. People are coming to me to say yes. So I'm very, very clear in my call to action, like you come to my DMS to buy, you know what I mean? Like you, you, you come to my VMs to buy not to like talk for 25 minutes to figure out if this is the right course. That's just what, and there are people who love to buy like that. I buy like them. So it's like, we we think like no one's buying like that if I don't have all these things, but it's not true, because most of us actually buy like that. Yeah, it's like I feel like it just comes back to that like deep connection and trust that we have with someone which contrary to popular popular belief can be developed, like really, really fast. Like I hired Jen, I heard her on a podcast for 30 seconds. And one thing she said I was like, some that is it. That is my shift. And that is the shift, I'm going to create working with Jen, I'm going to go find her. I'm gonna go hire her. So I went and found her on Instagram, I booked a call and I hired her from hearing a 32nd snippet of her speaking on a podcast because I felt that connection. And I trusted that. And I went for it. Like I didn't have to go checking if she had a website and all this stuff. I love it. I mean, I'm not surprised Jen is amazing. I freaking love her. But like that. It's like when you know, you know, and you don't need to know anything else. It's just like, she's the one. It's something clicked. She's the one I'm in. And when you buy from that energy, it's so there's no overthinking. There's no whatever is just like this is it. And that's the power of coaching is connection and finding your person. Yes, yes. And we then you know, having not had that experience myself. It's like now I get to more deeply believed that like, people get to buy from me and that way. And they are. As soon as I started believing that I would have like, this is a shift I had in the last few months, I was doing all these console calls. And I felt like I could only get a client if I had a console call. And if I didn't have a console call booked. I'm like, Oh my gosh, am I gonna get a client? I'm out of chances. And then I was like, Well, why could I not sign a client over DMS any day at any time? And so I decided I would like to sign clients over DMS that would be so fun. Like How awesome would it be if someone sent me a DM saying send me the link. I'm in literally the next day. Someone said I want to join your coaching. We had like three messages back and forth and she said send me the link. Like oh my god it's desertion. Yes. Oh freaking good. I love it. Okay, thank you so much. This has been so helpful and so fun.
